PICKUP REQUEST

Please read about our Pickup Request process below then click on the “Start Pickup Request” button when you are ready! 

Donation Pickups are available to Nashua, Amherst, Hollis, Milford, Wilton, Merrimack, Pelham, Windham

Donation Pickups are for those looking to donate a few pieces or more of furniture and large items (think moving or downsizing and donating more than a few pieces of furniture such as dressers, tables, cabinets, etc.) We do not schedule donation pickups for small or boxed items only.

Donations must be located on first floor of house or apartment (ground level). Items must be disassembled and ready to move with any parts or hardware labeled and attached. 

All donations must be in good working order, readily usable without need for repair, free of stains, dirt, mold, water damage, lead paint or pet hair. Items in this condition may be refused. Please read through are Donations page for more info!

Some items may not be taken during pickup and is at the discretion of our driver and staff (reasons including space on truck, sales floor space, item not as pictured, item has damage not seen in photo, missing hardware, items not cleaned, items not located on ground level, etc.) Kindly remember our store is small and we do not have room for storage when certain items are overstocked.

Start form by clicking the START PICKUP REQUEST button below, you will be asked to complete each screen and add pictures. *Please Note – this system is new and it may take up to 48 hours due to high volume of requests and we can only complete requests during business hours! Please have photos ready to attach of your donations since we screen every item donated. Thank you for your cooperation!!

PLEASE NOTE – If your request went through you will receive a text and email message immediately! If you used a landline and did not receive an email right away please check your email “junk or spam” folder. We have found some people’s email notification are going to their junk folders so please check. If you did not receive any kind of response you are either out of our pick up area or part of your form was not complete. 

Remember it may take up to 48 hours to hear back if your request was approved or not. Please be patient as we have many requests and can only respond during business hours.
