Volunteer Opportunities at the ReStore
Like shopping? Fixing things? Hanging out in the hardware aisle? Volunteer at the ReStore and help give our customers the best shopping experience. When you help the ReStore, you help your community. All proceeds support Habitat’s mission of building decent affordable homes for families in need in the Greater Nashua area.
Shift Information: ReStore volunteers must be at least 16 years, some positions require the age of 18 years, please see job descriptions. Shifts are available from Tuesday through Sundays, available shifts can be seen on the Volunteer Up website.
Volunteering: Volunteers can sign up using the following website, volunteerup.com and fill out the form and sign all related waivers. Proper dress will be required.
Cashier: Greets customers, works cash register proficiently, knows sales promotions for the day, directs customers and answers general questions and guides customers through the store. Morning shifts only.
Customer Assistant: Greets customers, answers the phone, answers customer questions and assists them in making purchases, assist ReStore employees in maintaining a clean and attractive store.
Merchandise Assistant: Assists ReStore employees in maintaining a clean and attractive store, cleans and appraises donations, and shelves inventory.
Court-ordered Community Service Information
We cannot accept court ordered community service requests from persons convicted of offenses involving larceny and/or violence – no exceptions.
Groups are welcome to volunteer at the ReStore.
